Send clear, well-lit photos of the actual person or pet. A front view is the best starting point; side views and close-ups help show hairstyles, outfits, markings, and other details. Use photos you own or have permission to use.

We start with a hand-drawn concept illustration, then prepare a 3D design for one-piece resin printing. Portraits use full-color printing with hand-painted refinements. Pets begin as white resin models and are hand-painted. Hand-painted details add depth, texture and familiar markings.

Our standard size guide covers 4, 5 and 6-inch figures. Smaller configurations may also be listed on the product page. Portraits are measured by figure height; pets by their longest dimension. For people with pets, select the main person’s size and we confirm the relative scale. Choose “Other size / Help me choose” for a different request.

Standard design reference prices: US$149 for one 4-inch Natural Look pet without clothing; US$179 for one 4-inch portrait with ordinary clothing; US$269 for a simple one-person-plus-one-pet composition, with dimensions confirmed in your quote. Larger sizes, outfits, props, bases and extra figures may cost more. Gallery examples may include upgrades. Final USD pricing, shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed before payment.

For pets, choose a Natural Look or request a Custom Outfit. Outfit designs and intricate coat markings may cost more than a standard design. For portraits, ordinary clothing is included in the design quote; detailed patterns, logos and props may add to the price. Send reference photos so we can confirm the full cost before you order. Nothing is added without your approval.

Ask about a display base and personalized text, such as a name, meaningful date or short message. Base style, lettering, available space and any extra cost are confirmed in your quote. Bases and accessories shown in example photos are not automatically included.

Tell us the number of adults, children and pets, their relative sizes, and your preferred arrangement. We quote the complete composition based on scale, style and detail. A smaller child or pet in a group is not necessarily priced like a separate full-size figurine.

Each piece is an artistic interpretation of your reference photos. Stylized designs may simplify or exaggerate features, and small differences in sculpting, color, and finish are expected. Tell us the details that matter most to you.

We email your quote within 1–2 business days. After you approve the quote and pay, design work begins. Printing starts after you approve the agreed design. Your quote confirms the revision scope, any design fees and estimated timing.

For standard orders to the contiguous U.S., please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from payment and receipt of usable reference photos to delivery, with prompt design approval. This overall estimate includes design review, production, handling and delivery. Complex designs, extra revisions, delayed approvals, holidays or delivery delays may extend this window. Your quote confirms the estimated schedule before payment. Gift-date delivery is only guaranteed if expressly confirmed in writing.
